answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

Q: What does pot size mean? How big is a plant in a 4 inch pot?

A: Pot size refers to the measurement of the pot's diameter at the opening.  A 4 inch pot is 4 inches across the top. Plant size however, depends on how quickly a variety grows and it's growing habit, rather it is vining or upright. It is best to refer to the photos shown for the best reference.  But please pay attention to the size plant you are ordering and keep in mind that plants are natural and no two are exactly alike, so the plant you receive may vary from what is shown.

Q: What if my plant doesn't survive?

A: Please know some damage to your plant might occur during shipping, but this is okay! Some plants don't like to be moved across the room let alone across the country so some may loose leaves or wilt. Please give them time to adjust to their new surroundings. Don't panic, don't overwater, don't repot within 30 days. Do some research on your new plant before it arrives and be sure you have made arrangements for any special needs it may have. Welcome to plant parenting!
